Rates & Pricing

Creative consultation – Initial creative meeting and or conference call is at no charge. Subsequent meetings and conference calls are billed at $ 50.00 per hour. Usually, the cost of these meetings is included in a project bid.

Script writing – Script writing estimates are by either a flat project rate, or by an hourly rate. Estimate totals depend on the scope of research, length of the final script and the concept style and format. The range is from $ 500.00 for simple script review/editing, to about one third of the total project budget.

Crew Pre-Production Day Rates

Pre-production fees for any given project may be billed at a half-day rate, five hours,
or a full day rate, ten hours.

Crew production Day rates are the same as the Pre-Production rates above.

Equipment Rental Rates – Equipment rental rates are based on a 10-hour day, portal to portal, half day rates are charged at 75% of a full day rate.

Editing Rates – Editing day rates are calculated on an eight-hour day.
